Happy Valentine’s Day!
Love❤️, like Christmas, deserves daily celebration, not just today. Explore this illustrated article to see our deep relationship with our favorite design and managing tools.

Let’s“Toggl” up together. Track your time, it only takes a second to fall in love with it.
For many projects, and particularly for illustration content and books, we like to track the time spent on each stage, from sketching to coloring and final touches. Why?
This data allows us to provide more accurate time and cost estimates for future projects. An illustration can take anywhere from 3 hours to several days, depending on complexity (check out this illustration project).

Notify your passion for work, without losing any Notion of how you should plan your future together.
It’s not an easy tool at first glance, but the more you use it, the more it clicks. We use it internally for listing leads and contacts, noting accepted and rejected budgets, managing our sales pipeline, and so on. It’s a whole universe; we like to say it’s like Notion is the gorgeous child of Excel.

When you want to go back to your EX-cel, but you find a better one. One that doesn’t SHEETS you.
We confess, Google’s dominance won us over. We primarily use Sheets for scheduling and agendas. While there are certainly more feature-rich tools available, Sheets allows for extensive personalization, seamless integration with Google Calendar, and quick copy-pasting for efficiency. It’s a reliable companion.

Love SLACK, baby love SLACK.
Is a little old place where we can chat together.
As a small studio born during the pandemic, we embrace hybrid work, and on our remote days, Slack is the first app we open. We have channels for each client and topics like “new business and inspiration.” It’s where we screen share to troubleshoot, and save links for later.

Let’s all agree, there’s a love dependency for our dear Adobe.
This one’s a keeper, and you know we’re old school – we even dated Corel Draw back in the day. But Adobe? They just keep innovating. It’s like they wine and dine us (though we’re the ones picking up the tab), but the experience is always top-notch. (Okay, okay, enough with the puns.) Adobe’s here to stay, especially with AI tools like Firefly that are tackling those tricky image rights issues. So yeah, we’re big fans.
