TAP is the leading Portuguese airline operating since 1945. After the pandemic the company adopted an innovative work model called Smart Working, a model based on flexibility in the organization of work and locations using digital technologies. This model allows both employees and managers to make the most of remote and office work.
Bavaroise was invited by the internal communication team to create the main image and graphic design of the internal campaign.
The client was open to the use of illustration as a medium to build an identity language capable of expressing the main ideas and some graphic analogies.Therefore, following the main guidelines of TAP’s brand book, we come up with an illustration style and a series of flat icons to design the guides and main banners.
The team liked the result so much that one month later we continued to collaborate on different internal projects. As an example of it, we drew an illustration series for TAP Talks and a monthly event, where team leaders and managers present different subjects to promote change in the company culture.
