Parkit was founded in Stockholm in 2020 with the aim of making it easier for landowners to manage their parking spaces. A complete end-to-end solution to make parking easy, safe and most importantly as smooth as possible.
The online parking application provides easy and affordable parking permits for people who wish to park their cars when visiting a destination. And simplifies the process of issuing permits to parking owners.
Idea
Illustration was a key component of Parkit’s visual personality which Filip (Parkit CEO) was looking for to bring up some life and vibrant colors to the bored look of the common parking experience.
Bavaroise has developed the Parkit illustration style that enhances the platform’s “pink bold” spirit and provides a better experience on the parking spaces. The main character, inspired by the iconic Parkit symbol, has the role of introducing a set of loop animations to users easily understand how the app works, its advantages and solutions.
It’s been a pretty long ride with Parkit, we’ve been working together for more than two years, providing illustration, motion and graphic design services for its communication.
We developed offline materials such as vinyls for windows, cars and backdrops and also digital pieces such as commercial brochures, screens, animations for the website and social media.
During our collaboration, Bavaroise consistently delivered every piece on time and demonstrated a strong ability to respond effectively to briefings. They provided storyboards for each animation, allowing me to thoroughly understand and approve the concept. The graphic universe created for Parkit presents parking in a smooth, clear, and engaging manner.
It was truly enjoyable collaborating with such talented and efficient Design studio.
